FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

> Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment to view your wedding gowns?

A: We welcome brides to come drop by anytime during our opening hours but in order to assist you better if you want to try on gowns, we recommend you make an appointment.

> Q: What are your opening hours?

A: Monday to Saturday 11:00 am – 7:30 pm. We are also opened on some public holidays. Please contact us to enquire.

> Q: How long does it take to order a wedding gown?

A: All of our gowns are only made when ordered. We encourage brides to order their gown at least six months before their wedding date to ensure the gown arrives on time and we have time for the fittings. For some styles, we can accommodate rush orders at an additional charge.

> Q: Do you offer alterations at your boutique? How many fitting sessions will there be?

A: Yes, we have an excellent tailor who specializes in wedding gowns. In most cases, we offer 2-3 fittings done over a period of about 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding. We will not be able to offer alteration services for gowns purchased elsewhere. We also understand that gown fitting/alteration can be a stressful process and we strive to do our best to make it as stress-less as possible for our own clients.

> Q: Do you offer a rental package service?

A: Yes, we have a selected range of contemporary and stylish gowns available for rental.  Rental packages start at $7,900 for a 4-day/3 night rental.  Please contact us for more information.

> Q: How long do appointments last?

A: Each Appointment generally lasts 45 minutes. Kindly note that Central Weddings has a trial fee which is deducted upon purchase or rental.

> Q: Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

A: Too many opinions can be confusing so we encourage brides to bring along just one or two people whose opinion you value the most.

> Q: What should I consider when choosing the perfect gown?

A: Generally, you can consider the theme of your wedding, the venue, the time of year of the wedding and your body type. During your appointment, our experienced bridal consultant will try to understand a bit more about the wedding you are planning in order to help you find the gown of your dreams.
