Q: What should I consider when choosing the perfect gown?
A: Generally, you can consider the theme of your wedding, the venue, the time of year of the wedding and your body type. During your appointment, our experienced bridal consultant will try to understand a bit more about the wedding you are planning in order to help you find the gown of your dreams.
Q: I purchased my bridal gown overseas and have it shipped to me here. Can I still bring it to your store for fittings and alterations?
A: No, unfortunately we do not offer this service. Our tailoring service is only offered to brides who purchase their gowns in our store. We understand that every bride has very high expectations when it comes to the fit of the gown. Our tailor is very experienced in tailoring high-end bridal wear and we will make sure the fitting process will go smoothly and so that the bride does not have worry about it at all.
Q: Why are your dresses more expensive than buying them overseas (the U.S.)?
A: Our prices include shipping costs so it will be slightly higher than the prices in the U.S.. We also do not recommend brides to order their gowns from the U.S. just because of the price difference unless they feel very confident and comfortable with the skills of their own tailor. Wedding gowns are very intricately made and require very skillful workmanship when handling alterations. Moreover, if you had ordered it from the U.S., it will be very difficult to arrange for a last-minute fitting just days before your big day to ensure that everything is perfect on the gown.
